RugbyCIO:   rugby is lucky, good things

RugbyCIO:   Seems very involved-could it still be navigated by clubs that are very small?  Can be overwhelming to small clubs.

RugbyCIO:   If you put parent contact then you could send them info for fundraisers or events (this is huge for us).  A place to put in paperwork due dates.  I know it could be added by hand on calendar but some go by date.  SO have it pre-recorded.

RugbyCIO:   little flexability w/ adding additional information to portions of program, ie, calendar limited to event & time, location can't be put on.

RugbyCIO:   GOOD-avoids spam, calendar very useful as long as it is easy to amend & uodate, easy to use, transferrable easily, automated receipts, business card/schedules, medical info, work with other acctg programs eg MS Money,more useful for larger clubs, easy update calendar/schedule & printable and emailable, webmaster can use info to update website.  BAD-fairly complex, doesn't update everyone's copy at same time-one person has a copy to organize everyone else,no scope for payment plans,calendar has no room for locations, need to address separarte practices for forwards vs. backs, calendar has no room for locations, set up tournaments as away match.

RugbyCIO:   Overall I think it's good but needs more flexability-notes for practices, personalized [able to edit?] automatic payments, etc.  Also it would be nice for more than 1 person to modify it & have it compiled on all other locations

RugbyCIO:   [need] To add a "notes" section for training

RugbyCIO:   I can see the definite utility and practicality from the software but feel there are still quite a few areas that I would like but probably will not be included, most notably--to have it online.

RugbyCIO:   concerned that only 1 person can run the club system.  Suggest "checklist" system for required paperwork (team and individual).  Suggest comments for different types of practices. Suggest more ability/option to input text for personal notes/use.

RugbyCIO:   would like to see a little more financial tie-in

RugbyCIO:   The presentation was good and easy to follow.  The software looks easy to navigate

RugbyCIO:   It's about time we get organized!

RugbyCIO:   well done-you have defintely attempted to cover anything & everything

RugbyCIO:   like the weather update on press release-very unique

RugbyCIO:   user-friendly navigation (GUI) ++; Multiple screens to change similar information - -  (fields)

RugbyCIO:   start presentation with the flashy stuff & work down rather than the reverse

RugbyCIO:   would like to see alumni button in player/member section

RugbyCIO:   too in-depth, like 1/2, other 1/2 wouldn't use.  Possibly a slimmed down version?

RugbyCIO:   I like that you have all your information in one spot.  Calendar, contacts, alumni, offices, descriptions, everything you need can be accessed without changing progams.
