Attention to Sponsors and Club Info

Throughout the design of the RugbyCIO program, ClubCIO has kept a keen eye on benefits to sponsors of rugby clubs. All documents that are "public" (almost every one) include space devoted to giving your sponsors more exposure.  Rugby clubs as a whole have difficulty getting and retaining sponsors.  Even emails sent from RugbyCIO can easily include sponsor information in the header or footer!

        Readers of all reports will be presented with:

• 3 sources of club/organization contact for potential members (phone, email, website)

• Glimpses of 4 (in this case, 2 in other reports) sponsor impressions

Print out all forms that present viewer impressions for the sponsors: match and training schedules, email samples, calendars, match programs, rosters, etc.  Assemble these forms into a sponsor solicitation packet.  You've just taken a big leap in securing sponsorship by assembling this sales packet.
