Sponsors are a vital part of any organization and organizing information about them is good business.  Using that idea, the information and graphics contained in the database are used throughout printed and mailed material to give your sponsors their proper due in terms of exposure.  Match programs, team schedules, match posters, and most other documents all print sponsor information/logos.

• Add, edit, and delete sponsors easily and quickly. 

• Button clicks to get graphic files into program.

• 3 graphics per sponsor:    1:1,   2.3:1,  4:3  (width:height)

• Select sponsor contacts from pull down list

• Print sponsor information with graphics

Tips:

Mail printout of all sponsors information to members for additional sponsorship benefits.

Graphics for sponsors need not be large file.  They should be optimized to print well at the following sizes (approx KB):

• 1:1  size    print up to 3" x 3"  (up to 60 KB)

• 2.3:1  size    print up to 5" x 2"  (up to 70 KB)

• 4:3  size  print up to 4" x 3" (up to 90 KB)

Though extremely large graphics will take a toll on performance, any size graphic  will work in the program,
