Off-Pitch Events window  

This window allows for your organization to manage all events that do not directly deal with playing the game.  These are events such as fundraisers, community or charity events, meetings, socials, etc.  It is structured so that press releases (or other information) can be mailed: 1) before, 2) "during" (schedule, or agenda), and 3) post event press release.

• Print Social Event Checklist

• Send pre-Event and post-Event information as well as a schedule/agenda for the Event.

• Simple budget with which to forecast and report

• Auto-Compose to simplify the output

• All off-pitch events, as with on-pitch events, are automatically posted to club calendar.

Use the automatic mailings, including Auto-Compose, to maximize your meetings via increased attendance and informed participants who have previously received agendas.
