 Match Detail popup window 

The Match Details popup window allows you to organize the details of the Match event.  Drag and drop from the list of available players for the club team's lineup.  That lineup can be emailed to the opponents if desired.  Opposition lineups can be manually input or imported from another RugbyCIO user.

The use of this information for media relations and general support is very important.  With a click of the "Send", this information can be sent to your defined list, be it 10's or 100's of your contacts.

Tips:

The Match Details form creates historical data for the club.  Besides emailing a press report with match results to anyone you wish, all matches can be printed on letterhead to create a master collection for the club.  A digital photograph from the day completes the data and can be printed or sent as an attachment.

The match program that can be printed before  each match provides many benefits for the club, sponsors, spectators, and potential members.

Press releases can also be mailed or forwarded to the media in the visiting team's city/area.
