The "Places" (or Locations)  window allows you to maintain data on the facilities that are used by your club.  These include training and match sites, social sites, medical facilities, and any other pertinent places.  These are used for selecting sites for all activities in other windows.

The Places form catalogs the facilities friends and relationships that have been made.  Attention to these providers and supporters is important to the success of your club.

  • designate the map file (.jpg) to be used for this site

  • enter driving directions

  • designate a photo for the location

  • select categories for each location so pick lists will be populated with appropriate sites

  • easy pick list selection, typical of RugbyCIO forms

  • Latitude & Longitude coordinates for GPS systems

Tips:

Email/print a location's pertinent information to:

  • visiting clubs for post-match socials

  • to meeting attendees,

  • to engage recruits by designating training sites

  • keep medical facility information in match day kit
