   Automated Press Releases

All RugbyCIO communications (emails, postcard, or letter options) allow for choosing a header from a list of saved headers by a single click. In this case, the advised practice of displaying the club's website is accomplished with a header insertion.

In the example to the left, the shaded area of the two paragraphs was first entered into the Match Results field.  After the text "body" (these 2 paragraphs) is written, then clicking "Auto-Compose" creates the press release as you see it here.

You do not have to write any sentences if you just wish to send scores, lineups, statistics, etc.  The Match Detail form creates this report with the touch of a button.

That is, if you simply hit the "Auto-Compose" without typing any narrative, you would have this report, minus the gray-highlighted paragraphs, with a single-click.

Communications are sent in simple, easy-to-read and easy-to-import plain text.  All media entities are able to take this format and import it into their word processors, making publishing of the information a simple task.

This email sent as a post-match press release uses text as discussed above along with a box score report of the the match details.  Consistent communication, along with a pleasing, east to read format further insure placement/publication by your local media recipient.

All RugbyCIO communications also allow for choosing a footer from a list of saved footers by a single click. In this case, the advised practice of displaying UNSUBSCRIBE* information is accomplished with a footer insertion.

*UNSUBSCRIBE:  15boots has designed RugbyCIO to make it difficult to send spam from within the program.  You should always do your part to retain your club's integrity by obliging those recipients who wish to unsubscribe to your mail.
