All RugbyCIO communications (emails, postcard, or letter options) allow for choosing a header from a list of saved headers by a single click. In this case, alternate club emails are listed under the club website.

This email is to be sent thanking members for paying their dues owed.  It is generated automatically upon entering the dues payment or can be put off to a later time.  Consistent communication, along with a pleasing, east to read format further insure placement/publication by your local media recipient.

Again, this report is sent in plain text.  It has a consistent, easy to read quality that marks all of the reports generated by RugbyCIO.

All RugbyCIO communications also allow for choosing a footer from a list of saved footers by a single click. In this case, the advised practice of displaying UNSUBSCRIBE* information is accomplished with a footer insertion.
