Communication Power!

All communications pass through this form which allows for output to email, postcards, or letterhead.  The character count shown in the upper right is for reference as there are limitations to the amount of characters that will fit on a postcard.

• add standard or custom headers and footers

• add attachments

• MailMerge to personalize all emails

• email out from within the program, no other program to open

• collect email by "Check Incoming Mail" which opens your 15boots email account in a new browser window.

• click appropriate icon (upper right) to select send method (email, postcard, letter)

There are three basic methods of choosing your audience:  by the categories you have assigned, by team affiliation, or by individual contact.  These can be changed at any time before or after sending the current email.

To cope with spam issues, all correspondence by email from herein is sent as a single email.  There are no cc: recipients.  If you selected 100 recipients, you will send out 100 emails to 1 person (not 1 email to 100 people)!  Remember, MailMerge customizes each mail to each recipient!
