On the Officers and Committees tab, you define your slate of officers and any standing committees.  (If you do not use committees regularly, leave this section blank, it won't interfere with any other parts of the program.)

• Current officeholder along with photo and contact information

Use these lists as part of a new recruit or new member packet.  Using these tools is a great way to engage members and to assist in succession plans for club management.

These forms can be mailed annually, post-election time, to announce new officers.  Consider mailing this to the media for public relations benefit.
