Setup/Administration: Events/Places

Maintaining a correct and meaningful schedule of events is vital to any organization, effecting the efficiency of the group by facilitating proper event planning strategies.  The  Calendar Management  section above allows you to quickly edit calendar items or to delete outdated items.

 Event Types are the basic club event categories and can not be deleted.  However, they can be redefined.

• Sort calendar by Date, Event Type, Name, Start Time

• Using Facility Activities you can define and manage your club's facilities resources for all types of events.

• All fields are editable

Delete outdated events regularly to keep your DB lean and mean.

Facility Activities categorizes the places in much the same way Contact Categories classifies people.
