Setup/Administration: Contacts
The strength of the
Contacts/People tab is its ability to allow you to define the category names
to which you assign all contacts. This is significant, as you will
see, when the power of
RugbyCIO's communication tools shines, as it allows you to
easily target your email blasts.
In all
of the datasheet lists (4) above, as with most every one in the program,
editing is a piece of cake: To view details, select a row; to delete a line
item (and its details), select a row and press "Delete"; to add an item,
simply go to the last row (*), and type new name in and then fill out the
details. |

Dbl-Click on a Contact Category name and
view/print a list of all category members

Assign TEAM administrator titles to fit your
club's business model

Designate preferred contact methods to be used
by program to disseminate information

Tips:
Run a "category check" (dbl-click on a Contact
Category Name) occasionally to keep your main resource, People, up-to-date.
Use these Category Lists as an important part
of the organizations strategic planning for all events on the club calendar.
